Boiler Servicing

It is recommended that you get your boiler serviced yearly. This ensures that your gas boiler is safe and in good working order.


We also send out annual reminders when your boiler needs servicing.


Boiler servicing takes up to an hour and is a fixed rate.

It is recommended that your boiler has a strip-down service every 6-7 years.

Gas Safety Inspection

A landlord has the responsibility of ensuring the boiler has been properly installed and is safe to use.

We provide annual safety checks for boilers in rented accommodation.
