Tommy was recommended to me by a friend, to carry out a standard and well-overdue boiler service, and diagnose and deal with a problem we were having with the connection between our CH programmer, room thermostat and the boiler itself. He identified an issue with the wiring, which made it difficult to identify exactly where the error lay, but was nevertheless able to leave us with a fully functioning system, and give me the option of a return later to strip down and rewire the whole system, correcting sticking plaster solutions and errors made by previous CH engineers, to prolong the life of the system and make future maintenance more straightforward. On a personal level, Tommy was able to explain to me what the issues were in a language I could understand and inspired confidence at every step. He is a polite, calm and highly skilled professional, who gets the job done to a very high standard and will not let you down. I highly recommend him and will be asking him back to carry out our annual boiler service from now on.
